• Consent: SMS messages are sent only to phone numbers that have been provided with consent — either by a user opting in through their profile settings, or by a crew supervisor entering a crew member's number with that person's permission. By providing a phone number, you consent to receive work-related text messages from Field Scribe.
• Message Types & Frequency: Messages are operational (not promotional): daily work dispatch details, project schedule lookaheads, and related job-site notifications. Message frequency varies based on your work schedule and notification preferences.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Legal@fieldscribe.tech. Message and data rates may apply.
• No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (e.g., our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
