Field Scribe sends non-marketing work dispatch notifications to construction crew members who enroll themselves on the public website and verify ownership of their mobile number with a one-time code. Messages contain the sender company, project, reporting date, site address, scope of work, and foreman name. Frequency varies, typically up to one message per workday.
One direct opt-in path
Every recipient visits the live
public SMS consent page,
enters their own name and mobile number, checks the affirmative
consent box, and enters the one-time code delivered to that number.
No account, profile setting, supervisor attestation, unique prefilled
link, or alternate in-app flow grants consent. Any Field Scribe link
or QR code leads to this same generic page.
