Field Scribe

SMS Messaging Policy

Last Updated: August 19, 2026 · Field Scribe, Inc.

1. Work Dispatch Messages Only

Field Scribe sends operational work-dispatch text messages to construction crew members. A message may include where and when to report, project name, jobsite address, and work scope. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. How You Opt In

The only opt-in path is the public SMS consent page. A crew member enters their own name and mobile number, checks the affirmative consent box, and verifies control of that number with a one-time code sent by text. No account or login is required. A public enrollment form and OTP verification are required; a supervisor cannot provide consent for a crew member.

We record the consent and verification event in our audit log. See the public consent evidence package for the exact screens and message lifecycle.

Mon Aug 24, 2026
Site: 123 Main St, Los Angeles CA
Scope: Framing — Level 2
— Sample Foreman
Reply STOP to opt out.

3. Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies with work schedules, typically up to one dispatch message per workday. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

4. STOP, START, and HELP

  • Reply STOP to stop receiving messages.
  • Reply START to re-subscribe.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact support below.

Opt-out requests are honored immediately. Dispatch messages are not sent to opted-out numbers. A STOP remains attached to the phone number that sent it and cannot be cleared through a website form; only an inbound START from that number re-subscribes it.

5. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for this dispatch program. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy.
